About My Practice

I offer Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Psychoanalysis to adults, couples, groups, and case consultation to practicing therapists. Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy differ from other forms of treatment in that the goal is not only attempting to solve a specific problem or change a certain behavior.  The focus is on self understanding, and particularly on understanding parts of ourselves that are usually outside of our awareness that have a major impact on how we lead our lives.
