About My Pracitce

I have worked in mental health for over 25 years, in a wide variety of professional settings. My professional training has been extensive, and includes degrees from Harvard University and the California School of Professional Psychology, and am a graduate in Adult Psychoanalysis from the San Diego Psychoanalytic Institute. I pride myself on making the process of getting help and undertaking change as easy as possible.  I want you to understand what is getting in your way, and what you can do to change.
