Issues Treated

About My Practice

I feel that therapy can help you get relief from painful emotional symtoms and feel understood as a unique individual; you can usually acheive emotional freedom and improve your personal relationships. One can also become more productive at work and have more pleasure in life.It can change life long ways of coping that are not working and that are self destructive. Most people come into treatment because they are at a crossroad in their lives and are trying to deal with crises (divorce, losses, and problems in their love life). Therapy can help prevent the past from interfering with one's present life as well as unlocking your creative potential.

Many people that I have seen, have been in therapy that has not worked, because it stayed too much on the "surface" and did not deal with the underlying issues. Also treatment often fails because it was not a good fit between the two people.  Most of my referal come from other doctors and therapists.
