About My Practice
Talking to someone who truly listens to you can be life-changing. You may have clear ideas about what's troubling you or a general sense that things could be better.

I work well with people who want to collaborate in order to deepen self-awareness. My approach is to work in partnership with you to explore fresh understandings and underlying feelings. Through this work you can gain more freedom to live, work, play and love.

Early intervention can make a world of difference. Adults I work with sometimes wish they could have gotten help at an earlier stage in their lives. If you are concerned about your child or adolescent, consider a consultation to discuss whether therapy might be of help.

Experience and Training
I am a Licensed Psychologist. In addition to a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, I have completed over four years of post-licensure education in psychoanalysis, reflective of my ongoing commitment to develop as a clinician and as a person.

I have over 15 years of experience in clinical work, including private practice, community mental health, hospitals, an adolescent day treatment center, and an assisted independent living program for seriously disturbed adults, many of whom also struggled with substance abuse. I work with clients in English and Spanish.

Location
My office is in the Laurel Heights neighborhood of San Francisco, convenient to southern Marin.
