We're highly skilled in psychodynamic psychotherapy.
We practice the most common type of talk therapy, called psychodynamic therapy. It's an evidence-based treatment that recognizes that early life experiences affect us as adults and that our behavior results from unconscious as well as conscious motives. Studies show that people who undergo psychodynamic therapy continue to make gains after the therapy ends, likely because underlying psychological patterns have been successfully addressed.
