About My Practice

You may feel you've been struggling with the same personal issues and challenges for a long time.  Whether it's anxiety, guilt, self-criticism, low self-esteem or relationship problems, my approach is to help you understand the root of your struggles so you can move forward in ways that perhaps you thought you never could.  I often work with people who have longstanding difficulties, some who have even have had prior therapies.  If you're curious about your difficulties and willing to look at yourself, I have the training, skills and experience to help you.

I seef adults, children, and families and provide evaluations and consultations in most areas of human concern, with medication as a secondary priority.  Fellow professionals warmly welcomed.
