Over time, as we talk together, my patients often feel a greater clarity in their thinking.This awareness can increase your ability to make thoughtful decisions about your life. For example, a person will come to therapy because he/or she feels stuck in an unhealthy relationship or experiences unresolved issues with family members.. Others have special talents but cannot allow themselves to succeed. Some individuals are compelled to give away the good things they have obtained. Others medicate their stress with alcohol. These are the intractable problems we agree to figure out together. I have been in full time, private practice for over 30 years.
