Curiosity makes a difference in making changes because then we are interested in ourselves - what we think and what we feel.  We can feel frustrated, confused, angry, sad, overwhelmed even hopeless and when you are suffering it is hard to think, question or imagine any other possibility.

Feelings are often difficult to feel or share - they often feel like too much or too intense or unwanted in our relationships. Relationships are the core concern of most people - what is working and what is not  - and how to make the necessary changes.

Learning to understand and communicate emotions in a therapy relationship can be a significant relief and can change how we experience our lives -- our family, past and present, our relationships and our work. I am committed to working with you and developing a trusting, creative, empathic and dynamic process aimed at helping you achieve the changes you desire.

SERVICES

I offer a warm, intelligent and caring presence. I have worked for over thirty years with diverse people, culturally, racially and sexually and their individual needs and their relational difficulties. I provide in-depth psychotherapy offering support for emotional learning, creative lives and enduring relationships.

I work with trauma, both childhood trauma and adult traumas, depression, anxieties and sexual concerns that interfere with life and movement, whatever may be blocking creativity and growth. I provide individual and couple therapy. I also provide consultation to groups, family businesses and technology startups who need to improve their organizational lives, learn to communicate effectively, and plan leadership succession and create success.
